1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to AlwaysTivi ("we", "our", or "us"). By visiting our website (https://alwaystivi.us/) and purchasing or utilizing our subscription streaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Service

AlwaysTivi provides users with access to streaming digital media content, live broadcast feeds, and video-on-demand (VOD) entertainment over the public internet. Access is granted via digital login credentials (Xtream Codes API, M3U playlist URLs) for playback through third-party media players (e.g., TiviMate, IPTV Smarters, VLC).

3. User Accounts and Credentials

• Account Security: You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and portal links. You agree not to distribute or publicly disclose your M3U playlist link.
• Concurrent Connections: Each subscription package specifies an exact allowed number of concurrent connections (1, 2, 3, or 4 screens). Connecting more simultaneous streams than your active package permits may cause temporary server timeouts or automatic suspension.
• Account Sharing: Subscriptions are non-transferable and intended solely for your personal or household use. Account reselling or unauthorized multi-IP sharing is strictly prohibited without explicit reseller authorization.

4. Service Availability & Internet Requirements

AlwaysTivi employs high-speed cloud edge servers with 99.9% target uptime. However, streaming performance and buffering are inherently dependent upon your local internet service provider (ISP), bandwidth quality, home Wi-Fi signal, and local network configurations.

• Recommended minimum download speed: 10–15 Mbps for High Definition (HD).
• Recommended minimum download speed: 25+ Mbps for Ultra 4K channels.
• Periodic maintenance, server node upgrades, and channel re-alignment may take place with little or no prior notification.

5. Billing, Payments & Renewals

All subscription transactions are billed upfront in US Dollars ($ USD) through secure external payment processors (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, CashApp). We do not store sensitive payment card details on our local database servers.

Subscriptions do not automatically charge your card on a stealth recurring basis unless explicitly consented to. Renewal reminders are sent by email prior to expiration.

6. Prohibited Activities

When using AlwaysTivi, you strictly agree NOT to:

• Re-stream, rebroadcast, restream via public servers, or commercially redistribute our streams.
• Conduct DDoS attacks, server probing, scraping, or packet harvesting against our endpoints.
• Use automated bots or scrapers to access playlist links.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

AlwaysTivi reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at our discretion. Any revisions take effect immediately upon publication to this page.
