🔥 Fire TV Stick Setup
Enable Apps from Unknown Sources
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → turn ON "Apps from Unknown Sources" and "Install Unknown Apps".
Download Downloader App
Search for "Downloader" in the Amazon App Store and install it. This lets you sideload IPTV apps.
Install TiviMate or IPTV Smarters
Open Downloader, enter the URL for TiviMate APK or search IPTV Smarters in the App Store. Install and open the app.
Add Your AlwaysTivi Account
Choose "Add Playlist" → select "Xtream Codes". Enter your AlwaysTivi server URL, username and password from your activation email.
Start Streaming
Channels load automatically. Browse Live TV, Movies, Series and EPG guide. Enjoy 24,000+ channels in 4K!

🤖 Android TV / Android Box Setup
Open the Google Play Store
On your Android TV or box, navigate to the Google Play Store from your home screen.
Search & Install TiviMate or Smarters
Search for "TiviMate" or "IPTV Smarters Pro" and install your preferred player. Both are free to download.
Open the App and Add Playlist
Launch the app → tap "Add Playlist" or "Add Account" → select "Xtream Codes API".
Enter AlwaysTivi Credentials
Type in your Server URL (Portal URL), Username, and Password exactly as shown in your activation email.
Load Channels & Watch
Channels will load within seconds. Navigate to Live TV to browse all 24,000+ channels by category or country.

📺 Samsung / LG Smart TV Setup
Open Smart Hub / LG Content Store
On Samsung press the Home button → open Smart Hub. On LG, press the Home button → open LG Content Store.
Search for an IPTV App
Search for "Smart IPTV" (Samsung/LG) or "SSIPTV" (Samsung). Install the app — it's free from the official TV store.
Get Your TV MAC Address
Open the Smart IPTV app. It will display your TV's MAC address on screen — note it down or photograph it.
Register Your M3U on the Web Portal
On a phone or computer, go to the Smart IPTV activation website. Enter your MAC address and paste your AlwaysTivi M3U playlist URL.
Restart the App & Stream
Close Smart IPTV, reopen it on your TV — all channels load automatically. Browse by category, search, or use the EPG guide.
Recommended Apps
- Smart IPTV has a small one-time fee (~$5.49) to unlock the full app
- Use an ethernet cable directly to your TV for rock-solid 4K
- If channels don't load, clear the app cache and re-enter your M3U URL
🖥️ PC / Mac Setup
Download VLC Media Player
Go to videolan.org and download VLC for Windows or macOS. It's free, safe, and supports M3U playlists natively.
Open Network Stream in VLC
Open VLC → click Media (Windows) or File (Mac) → Open Network Stream → paste your AlwaysTivi M3U URL.
Alternatively: Use IPTV Smarters Web
Visit the IPTV Smarters web app in Chrome or Firefox. Enter your Xtream Codes credentials (server URL, username, password) to stream in-browser.
Browse Channels & Stream
In VLC, a playlist sidebar appears with all channels sorted by category. Double-click any channel to start streaming instantly.
Optional: Use Kodi with PVR IPTV
Install Kodi, enable the PVR IPTV Simple Client addon, and point it to your M3U URL for a full TV-style experience with EPG.

- Use hardware decoding in VLC (Tools → Preferences) for smoother 4K
📱 iPhone / iPad Setup
Open the App Store
On your iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and search for your IPTV player app.
Install GSE Smart IPTV or IPTV Smarters
Download "GSE Smart IPTV" (free) or "IPTV Smarters Pro" from the App Store — both support Xtream Codes login.
Open the App & Add Account
Tap the menu icon → "Remote Playlists" (GSE) or "Add Account" (Smarters) → choose "Xtream Codes API".
Enter Your AlwaysTivi Credentials
Fill in your Portal/Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as in your activation email. Tap "Add" or "Connect".
Stream on Your iPhone or iPad
Channels load automatically. You can cast to your TV using AirPlay or Chromecast for a big-screen experience.

📡 MAG Box Setup
Find Your MAG Box MAC Address
On your MAG box, go to Settings → System Information → Network → note down the MAC address (format: AA:BB:CC:DD:EE:FF).
Send MAC Address to AlwaysTivi Support
Send your MAC address to our support team via WhatsApp or email. We'll link it to your AlwaysTivi account within minutes.
Enter the Portal URL
Go to Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals → Portal 1 URL. Enter your AlwaysTivi portal URL provided by support.
Save & Reboot
Save the settings and restart your MAG box. It will boot directly into the AlwaysTivi portal interface.
Browse All Channels
Use your MAG remote to navigate Live TV, VOD, and the EPG guide. All 24,000+ channels are available immediately.
Compatible MAG Models
- Always use a wired ethernet connection on MAG boxes for best reliability
- Contact support with your MAC address before setup — we'll have it ready
- If the portal doesn't load, check that your MAG firmware is up to date
Common Issues & Quick Fixes
Most problems are solved in under 60 seconds. Try these first before contacting support.
Buffering or Freezing
- Check your internet speed — need 10+ Mbps for HD, 25+ for 4K
- Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired ethernet connection
- Change to a different channel stream quality (FHD → HD)
- Restart your router and streaming device
- Contact support to switch to a closer server
Login or Activation Issues
- Double-check username and password — they're case-sensitive
- Make sure the server URL starts with http:// or https://
- Check spam/junk folder for your activation email
- Try copy-pasting credentials instead of typing manually
- Contact support via WhatsApp for instant credential re-send
Channels Not Loading
- Force close and reopen your IPTV player app
- Clear the app cache in your device settings
- Uninstall and reinstall the IPTV player app
- Try a different IPTV player app (e.g. switch from VLC to Smarters)
- Verify your subscription is still active — check your email
